ummmmm

It sounds like Turisas- 'Rasputin' going through an aural blender.

...

'Epic' is the right word. You have THE perfect grunge voice that I will be eternally jealous of. But enough of the kiss-assery. This song was well-written and worth listening to all the way through (which is quite good when you consider the length). I really like the way you go from soft to heavy, heavy to soft... it carries the song nicly. well earned full-score for you!

Gunshy responds:

thanks. thanks so much for the 10 and the high praises! i really enjoyed playing with the dynamics of this, the loud/soft bits and everything in between, seemingly. this song was a lot of fun to make and to hear throughout the process, for me. so i thank you for dilligently listening all the way through and STILL LIKING IT! :) thanks for reviewing.

oooooo ragelicious

I really wanted to give this a 10 because it rocked, but the mixing was a little off in places and the fake guitars were... well fake.
Love the lyrics though and the chorus is soooo cool! WITCHHAMMER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
CLASSIC!

Schleif responds:

thanks man, glad you like! yeah, synthesized guitars sound like crap, as always, but it'll have to do for now. i'm working on it, though. glad you like the rest of it! thanks for the review \m/

awwwww

Congratulations. You deserve to be happy and I hope this song stays true for you two in the many wonderful years to come. The song is awesome and I can imagine evryone dampening the isles with tears of joy. ROCK ON!

I like this

Its original, I'll give you that. Not as catchy as your last song but still sounds good. I'll give you full marks because you made me sway to the beat. Enjoy Reading. Awesome festival.

MathcoreMathcore responds:

Thanks for the full marks.

Oh and Reading was amazing, Rage and Queens blew me away...

beautiful

This song is so good I can't help but download it and give you 5/5 10/10.

WOW

This song is so catchy and well produced. I feel like I should be hearing it on the radio! Consider it downloaded.

WOW

I really like this. Though theres something missing in the chorus, maybe do something with your voice or something? Your verse vocals are awesome though. Very deep.

AlexSandford responds:

Thanks.

shame about the quality.

PLEASE PLEASE re-record this. its awesome! I like this more than your other song, this is slightly grungier (don't know why). Anyway keep the good work up. I hope to see you playing the big-league circuits in the future.

MathcoreMathcore responds:

Oh we probably will in the future, but right now we're working on two other recordings of newer songs (watch out for them) and then we'll be recording either Blur's 'Song 2' or Muse's 'Hysteria' for the XFM competition we have down here in England.

But perhaps we'll record a live version or get some free recording time sometime soon, never know.

Thanks for the comment

NICE!

Its got a punky Indie feel. The mixing is spot on and the vocals are really good. Loved the solo, but don't tell the lead guitarist (we know how big-headed they can get) lol.

MathcoreMathcore responds:

Punky Indie, my thoughts exactly. Not that I particularly want to be packaged into a genre just like any other band, we're hoping to almost create a new genre...

I am an 20year old eccentric person living in England. My main passion is film and all it encompasses. l love planning, directing and talking film and people with the same passion. I also write and sing my own acoustic songs which you will find on here!
